"Spring Swing" is Outdoors in our large private yard. The sun rises on this side. Mid morning to early afternoon will bring more sunlight to this set casting some shadow lines from the trees onto the swing. Late afternoons the sun will begin moving to towards the other side of the haus casting longer shadows on the yard.

"Spring Petals" is in the White space and will receive direct sunlight that cast long shadow lines in the late afternoons.

Well behaved pet dogs are allowed at 201 Lofthaus with the following rules:

Pet dogs that are participating in the shoot will be allowed in the space. No more than 2 dogs are allowed in the space at one time. Dogs must be house trained, well behaved and supervised at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or on the second floor of the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning after each pet. Additional cleaning/damage fees may be charged at the end of booking, if deemed necessary by the host. Additional cleaning protocols have been put in place to provide thorough sanitation in between guests to best accommodate all clients. 

Yes! When you book you will have private access to all 7+ styled spaces in addition to the seasonal decor/props. All decor in the kitchen is easily moveable for timeless photos and videos. All seasonal decor in the white space is off to the side so you still have access to props and backdrops in the white space.

Yes, both scenes are moveable. The Indoor Spring Petals can be moved around the white space. You may pull down the automated backdrops to create even more looks for your shots. The set can be plaed atop of the crates for height or left on the ground as is. The choice is yours.

The Outdoor Spring Swing can also be moved. However, it is a little heavier than the indoor set so you'll likely need an extra set of hands to move it around the yard.
