Frequently Asked Questions
When is the best time to book for natural light?
"Flour & Flowers" is in the Kitchen and will receive direct sunlight in the early mornings through 2 oversized east facing windows. This area receives great natural light throughout the day, so anytime during daylight hours will work for this scene.
"Love is in the Air" is in the White space and will receive direct sunlight that cast long shadow lines in the late afternoons.
Are pets allowed?
Well behaved pet dogs are allowed at 201 Lofthaus with the following rules:
Pet dogs that are participating in the shoot will be allowed in the space. No more than 2 dogs are allowed in the space at one time. Dogs must be house trained, well behaved and supervised at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or on the second floor of the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning after each pet. Additional cleaning/damage fees may be charged at the end of booking, if deemed necessary by the host. Additional cleaning protocols have been put in place to provide thorough sanitation in between guests to best accommodate all clients.
Will I still have access to non seasonal spaces?
Yes! When you book you will have private access to all 7+ styled spaces in addition to the seasonal decor/props. All decor in the kitchen is easily moveable for timeless photos and videos. All seasonal decor in the white space is off to the side so you still have access to props and backdrops in the white space.
